Dobrodošli u seosku kuću za odmor Bauernschänke!

Welcome to the Ferienhaus Bauernschänke in the beautiful Schmallenberger Sauerland! Our renovated holiday home is quietly located close to nature in the upper part of Ohlenbach. Winterberg is about a 12-minute drive away, Schmallenberg around 18 minutes. This is the ideal spot for hiking, walking, mountain biking, and varied excursions. The house offers about 50 m² of space for 2–5 people. On the ground floor, you will find a small kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The electric underfloor heating in the kitchen, living area, and bathroom can be controlled separately. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine for beans and ground coffee with a thermal jug. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with three single beds. The second bedroom is only accessible through the first, making it especially suitable for families. The upper floor is reached via a somewhat steeper staircase. A parking space is available directly at the house. Enjoy a small private terrace with seating, surrounded by a beech hedge—perfect for relaxing. The surroundings offer many options for hikers, cyclists, and winter sports enthusiasts. Winterberg has a wide range of leisure activities for all ages. Restaurants can be found in Ohlenbach, Westfeld (about 3 km), Winterberg, and Schmallenberg. Shopping is available in Westfeld, Winterberg, Schmallenberg, and Bad Fredeburg. The leisure pool in Bad Fredeburg offers slides and relaxation for the whole family. TV with streaming options available. Wi-Fi is being installed. Bed linen and towels included. One dog is welcome by arrangement for an extra fee. Events on the property are not permitted.
